Scope of Work
Restoration of main-floor architectural windows and upgrading of ten storeys of double-hung windows to dual-glazed assemblies. Upper-floor units were adapted to interior in-swing hopper operation, preserving exterior appearance while improving ventilation and performance.

Union Tower is a prominent early high-rise contributing to Winnipeg’s historic skyline. Its repetitive vertical fenestration pattern required careful intervention to maintain rhythm, scale, and heritage character.
